# LakeTees Terms of Service Last updated: September 12, 2026 ## 1. The short version LakeTees ("we", "us") sells lake-themed apparel at laketees.shop. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. Our products are made to order by our print-on-demand production partners and shipped directly to you. ## 2. Products and ordering All products are custom-printed at the time of purchase. Product images on the site are representative; slight variations in color and placement between your screen and the finished garment are normal (see our Return Policy). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — you'd be refunded in full, of course. ## 3. Pricing and payment All prices are in U.S. dollars. Tees are $29.99 and hats $39.99 unless marked otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout; U.S. orders over $50 ship free. You're responsible for any taxes or duties your state or country applies. ## 4. Shipping and delivery Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Production takes 2–5 business days. Returns Damaged, defective, misprinted, or lost orders are covered — see our Return & Refund Policy. Made-to-order items can't be returned for buyer's remorse or size preference. ## 6. Intellectual property All designs on this site are owned by LakeTees or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs without written permission. Don't be the person who steals lake art. ## 7. Accounts and conduct You agree to provide accurate order information and to use this site lawfully. We may refuse service or cancel orders for anyone attempting fraud, abuse, or harassment of our team. ## 8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, LakeTees' total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law. ## 9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA. ## 10. Changes We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above tells you when.
