That keeps waste down and quality up, and it means we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store. Here's exactly how it works. ## Damaged, defective, or misprinted items — fully covered If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted (wrong design placement, wrong colors, or the wrong item entirely), you're covered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at dsskaggs@gmail.com with: • Your order number • A short description of the issue • Clear photos of the problem We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. In most cases you won't even need to ship the item back. ## Lost packages — covered If your package never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll reship your order or refund you in full. ## Wrong size ordered Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or size swaps. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering — when in doubt, size up. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us anyway: we'll often work with you on a discounted replacement, because we'd rather keep you around than make a point. ## Wrong address If you give us an address the courier considers insufficient and the order is returned, we'll reship it once you confirm a corrected address. Reshipment costs may apply. ## Unclaimed packages Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to the facility can be reshipped if you contact us promptly. After 30 days unclaimed, items can no longer be reshipped. ## Color & sizing notes Screen colors aren't print colors — slight variation between your display and the printed garment is normal and isn't a defect.
